This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host(s). The external hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with my potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of my online services by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

My host(s) will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil their performance obligations and will follow my instructions with regard to this data.

SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to me as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser line.

When SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to the server. These are:

  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of their website — for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Contact Form

If you send me enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there (name, email address, message), will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this data without your consent.

5. Social Media

Links to Social Media Profiles

My website contains links to my social media profiles (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, GitHub). These are simple links (no social plugins). When you visit my website, no data is transferred to the operators of these networks. Only when you click one of the links and visit the respective third-party site do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

6. Plugins and Tools

Google Fonts (Local Hosting)

This site uses so-called Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts, which are installed locally or use system fonts. No connection to Google servers is made.
